- 工程量清单计价不同于传统的定额计价模式，是我国建筑市场与国际接轨的一项重要举措，其最大的特点是把建设单位和施工单位都推向了市场。文章从建设单位的角度分析了推行清单计价可能遇到的问题，并就建设单位如何在工程量清单计价管理中趋利避害，提出了切实可行的措施。
Engineering quantity detailed list pricing is distinguished from traditional fixed rate pric-ing mode,and is an important action to cope with international architectural market,which pushes bothdevelopment unit and construction unit towards market.
