- 输水管道水泥砂浆衬里在国内应用广泛，但现有的一些标准十多年来未作修订，远不能满足现在的要求。文章结合国外的标准和做法，对水泥砂浆衬里的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗渗透性、表面光滑度、添加剂以及钢管的刚度等性能要求提出了改进建议，并针对我国现场涂敷水泥砂浆衬里存在的问题，介绍了国外的水泥砂浆离心喷涂法。
