花格输油管道腐蚀分析及维修情况

- 介绍了花格输油管道的服役历史及运行环境,利用漏磁检测技术对花格输油管道进行检测,依据检测结果分析了花格输油管道的腐蚀程度及类型,认为管道腐蚀严重,有一半以上的腐蚀发生在管道的底部位置,且以电化学外腐蚀为主,发生腐蚀的根本原因是保温层进水。另外,文章还对历年管道大修情况作了简要介绍。
This paper introduces the service history,environment condition of Hua-Ge Oil Pipeline,and major maintenance work in recent years as well. Based on the inspection data got from leakagemagnetic detection,the analysis on corrosion degrees and modes of Hua-Ge Oil Pipeline were carriedout and the serious corrosion was found. More than half of the corrosion took place at the bottom ofpipeline and were mostly the external electrochemical corrosion.
