浮顶油罐双重密封的应用

摘要:: 针对浮顶油罐单层机械密封和软密封存在的不足,在甬-沪-宁原油管道镇海、白沙湾等站场新建的4座10万m3浮顶油罐上采用了双重密封。文章介绍了双重密封的结构和原理,通过充水试验检验双重密封的各项性能,对出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了改进方法。
Aimed at the insufficient seal problems of monolayer mechanical seal and flexible seal, the double seals are applied in four 5×104 floating roof ta nks at Zhenhai station and Baishawan stationof Yong-Hu-Ning crude oil pipeline. This paper illustrates the structure and principle of double seals, analyzes th e problems found in water filled test, and brings forward the improvement method.
