- 针对螺旋钻机搅龙的设计制作费时费工、叶片焊接变形大、导致设备工作效率低的情况,总结出了一种搅龙螺旋叶片快速成型的设计和制作技术。文章介绍了搅龙螺旋直径的确定、搅龙机轴的选取和搅龙叶片的展开计算公式,简述了螺旋叶片的制作和叶片拉伸成型技术,该成型方法简单,易操作,成本低,完全能够满足设计要求。
The fast vane figuration design and manufacture technique are put for warded in this paper, which overcome the shortcomings of taking a lot of time a nd work, as well as big vane welding distortion in traditional vane design and manufacture.
