- 孔板流量计用于天然气流量测量具有结构简单、使用寿命长、价格低等特点,因此是天然气计量的主要仪表。但传统孔板流量计存在测量范围窄、精度低以及在工况变化时需更换不同的孔板元件等缺点,近年来开发出了新型智能孔板流量计,对原有的孔板流量计做了以下改进:改进了流量测量范围的扩展方式,孔板元件与二次仪表一体化以及自动温压补偿。这种一体化、高精度、宽量比的新型智能孔板流量计,拥有补偿功能完善的流量计算机和强大的功能软件,使用维护更加方便。
Orifice meter has the characteristics of simple structure, long usag e life and low price. But traditional orifice has the disadvantages of narrow me asuring range, low precision and parts replacement needed in different cases. I n recent years, kinds of new intelligent orifice meters have been developed.
