- 物资采购管理对于一个EPC项目来讲是一个关系到成败的关键因素,文章从EPC承包商的角度,论述了如何加强国际工程EPC项目的采购管理工作,结合苏丹项目中的工作经验,介绍了国际工程采购的特点,并针对这些特点和制约因素,分别从基础管理和程序控制的角度论述了采购管理的控制要点。
Purchase management is a key issue for EPC project. This paper introd uces the features of international engineering purchase and how to enhance purch ase management from the view of EPC contractor.
