摘要:: 西气东输管道的管径为1016mm,设计工作压力10.0MPa。其中12B标段线路全长39.46km,位于宁夏盐池县境内;13A标段线路全长39.265km,位于陕西定边县境内。文章介绍了在2003年11—12月成功进行这两标段水压试验和严密性试验的过程,对试压的几个主要部位(主管道、进水点、连通处、试压点)的技术保证措施进行了详细说明,同时指出了试压时的注意事项。
The pipe diameter of West to East Gas Pipeline is 1016mm, with the d esign pressure of 10.0MPa. The bidding section 12B located at Yanchi, Ningxia i s 39.46km long, and the bidding section 13A located at Dingbian, Shanxi is 39. 265km long. This paper introduces the procedure of hydraulic pressure and seal t ests for these two bidding sections, which were successfully carried out from N ov. to Dec. in 2003. The paper also describes the technical guarantee measures i n detail for several key parts such as trunk pipeline, inlet, connection place and detecting points, indicates the related notable matters.
