- 西气东输管道工程焊接工作量大,焊接质量要求高,采用自动焊的总里程数超过800km。通过对西气东输管道工程自动焊机组的长期跟踪,了解并掌握了经常出现的几种焊接缺陷,文章以西气东输管道工程第17标段山西临汾现场自动焊接为例,详细分析了未熔合、气孔、余高超标、咬边和迸丝产生的原因,并结合现场的具体情况,针对每种焊接缺陷提出了切实有效的防治措施,进一步提高了焊接质量和施工效率。
On the basis of longtime tracking for the automatic welders used in W est to East Gas Pipeline Project, several kinds of frequently appeared welding defects are acquainted. Taking the bidding section No.17 located in Linfeng City of Shanxi Province as an example, this paper analyzes in detail the causes of producing non-penetration, gas pores, extra excess weld metal, undercut, and so on.
