- 天津石化公司乙烯厂拟在原有罐区新建2座2000m3轻油球罐,如果完全按照现有规范设计,则不能满足消防安全的要求,要达到消防安全的要求,占地面积又过大,而且依据不同规范设计得出的结果差别较大。针对这些情况,设计人员详细分析了气相、液相并存的特殊介质的物理性质,并向有关部门进行咨询。综合考虑各方面的因素,本着安全、经济、节约投资的原则,将防火墙的高度由原来的0.6m改为1m,并增设了专用泡沫泵站。经专家评定,该项目防火设计考虑全面,平面布置合理。该项目的设计实践说明,在工程设计时,对标准、规范的理解与应用要具体问题具体分析,避免将规范应用教条化。
The Ethylene Plant of Tianjin Petrochemical Company plans to build tw o new 2 000 m3 light oil spherical tanks on original tank site. The design would not satisfy safety requirement of fire protection as completely complying with the current design codes, otherwise excessive site area would be needed.The res ults obtained in accordance with the different codes are quite different. To sol ve these problems, the designers analyze in detail the physical characteristics of the specific medium with combined gas phase and liquid phase, and consider comprehensive factors, then alter the height of fireproofing wall from original 0.6m to 1m, add a foam pump station for particular purpose.
