国外天然气管道输送技术发展现状

- 近几十年来,全球输气管道建设进入了高峰时期,各种新材料、新工艺、新设备、新技术的应用,使得天然气长输管道无论在设计、施工、运营管理方面,还是在管材、原动机、储库调峰技术方面都有了很大发展,特别是大口径、高压干线输气管道的施工和运营管理技术发展更加迅速。文章综述了国外天然气管道输送技术发展的一些特点,主要表现为提高输气压力、采用高钢级管材、干线采用大口径管道、输气干线呈网络化发展、采用高压富气输送工艺、高度的自动化遥控和先进的通讯技术、采用先进快速的管道机械化施工技术和装备等方面,这些经验和技术可供国内管道研究和施工人员学习和借鉴。
Some development features of transportation technology of natural gas pipelines in foreign countries are summarized.The main aspects are increasing g as transportation pressure, adopting high grade steel pipe materials,using larg e diameter pipes in trunk pipeline, developing gas trunk pipeline network, as well as applying high pressure rich gas transportation process, highly automati c remote control, advanced communication technology, fast pipeline mechanizati on construction technology and equipment.
