- 清管作业是天然气长输管道投产前或运行中的一项重要工作,可保证管道的正常运行和输气效率。文章从清管器的种类、性能、跟踪和定位方法、清管工艺、清管效果评价指标以及清管过程中常出现的故障和处理方法等方面对清管技术进行了全面的论述,针对目前清管作业中存在的问题,如清管器结构单一、清管效果不太理想、清管器的减振效果差、偏磨严重、跟踪仪器脱落、清管器损坏甚至骨架断裂等进行了较详细的探讨,并提出了改进建议。
This paper dissertates comprehensively the pigging technology associa ted with pig category and function, locating method, pigging process, pigging effect evaluation, as well as troubles arisen during pigging operation and cou ntermeasures.
