- 对油田抽油机采油系统进行能耗分析,寻找各种改善抽油机性能和提高节能效果的方法,对指导油田在不同开发阶段进行抽油设备配套和抽油机节能改造以及降低采油成本具有重要意义。文章介绍了抽油机采油系统中的能耗损失,分析了孤岛采油厂油井负载状况及参数需求,对抽油机的选型进行了探讨。认为游梁式抽油机应采用软特性驱动,在油井地面设备的配套上要考虑电动机节能与抽油机的合理驱动之间的有机结合,并介绍了3种组合的应用实例,节能效果均较显著。
This paper introduces the energy consumption loss in well pumping uni t production system, analyzes the oil-well load status and parameters required, and discuses the type selection of well pumping unit. It is considered that t he soft drive should be adopted in beam pumping unit; the linkage between elect romotor power-saving and reasonable well pumping unit drive should be taken into account for oil-well ground equipment configuration.
