玻璃鳞片涂料防腐蚀失效原因及其技术措施

摘要:: 玻璃鳞片涂料作为重防腐蚀涂料品种之一,在欧美及日本等国的应用已经取得了成功。20世纪80年代,我国一些科研、生产单位即着手开发这一品种,相继取得了研究成果并投入使用。但在近20年的应用过程中也出现了一些问题,文章从涂料选择、配方设计、施工过程和施工管理几方面论述了避免玻璃鳞片涂料防腐蚀失效的相应技术措施。并认为玻璃鳞片涂料目前存在的一些问题是可以通过技术和管理加以克服的。
The application of glass flake coating as a kind of heavy-duty anticorrosion coating has succeeded in America Europe and Japan etc. In the eighties of last century some research units and production units in our country commenced to develop the product and made use of it. But there have been some problems in the application for past 20 years. The related technical measures of avoiding anticorrosion failure of glass flake coating are discussed in respects of coating material selection formula design construction process and management. It is pointed out that some present problems can be solved by means of technical and management measures.
