西气东输管道工程用高强度感应加热弯管的选材研究

- 结合西气东输工程用弯管国产化研究项目,选用不同成分的X70微合金控轧钢进行试验室热模拟和工厂弯管热煨制试验,对X70控轧钢二次加热后强韧性的影响因素进行了研究。提出了在碳当量一定的条件下,调整钢中C、Mn、Mo等强淬透性合金元素的比例,以利于弯管的成型;制定出了油气输送管道工程用X70感应加热弯管选材技术条件。按照此条件选用与干线管化学成分相近的含Nb低碳微合金控轧钢,研制生产出了可焊性和综合力学性能与干线管强度和韧性相匹配的X70大口径弯管,该研究成果在西气东输工程和陕京二线工程中得到直接应用。
Associated with the research subject of nationalization of bend pipe used in West to East Gas Pipeline Project the thermal simulation experiment in laboratory and heating bend pipe experiment in factory are carried out using the control rolled micro-alloy steel X70 of different ingredients. The high ductility influence factors of steel X70 after the secondary heating is studied. It is pointed out that adjusting the proportions of high quenching degree alloy elements in the steel such as CMnMo with a certain amount of carbon equivalent the material selection for mother pipe can be widen. The material selection technical terms of induction heating bend pipe are established. According to these technical terms selecting low carbon micro-alloy control rolled steel containing Nb which chemical composition is similar to the trunk pipe the steel X70 large diameter bend pipes have been fabricated which weldability and synthetic mechanical performances match with the strength and ductility of the trunk pipe.
