- 长输管道的江河穿越,常用的方法是整体牵引穿越。采用这种方法,需要根据管道穿越的长度修建发送道和牵引道,发送道多采用托滚或专用轨道,费用较高。在海南东方—洋浦—海口输气管道工程的昌化江穿越施工中,采用了发送道滑板施工技术:滑轮组过江直接牵引管道,32t慢速卷扬机牵引滑轮组将管道整体牵引过江,牵引穿越一次成功。该施工技术不仅具有安全可靠,高效、便捷等优势,而且降低了人工、机械、材料等相关费用。
The integral pipeline section traction technique is commonly applied for long distance transportation pipeline crossing through river. It needs to build launch way and traction way according to the length of pipeline crossing. Mostly the launch way uses rolls or special rails the cost is relatively high. In the project of Dongfang-Yangpu-Haikou Long Distance Transportation Pipeline Crossing through Changhua River the construction technique of launch way with slide boards is utilized that is the pulley block fixed on opposite bank tows the pipeline directly. The pulley block of a 32t low speed windlass successfully towed the integral pipeline section through the river. The construction technique possesses the predominance of safety reliability high efficiency and facility.
