掩体油罐建设存在的问题及其改进措施

摘要:: 叙述了2002年的两起掩体油罐着火爆炸事故,介绍了掩体油罐的建筑型式及其特点,并详细分析了该类型油罐在设计建造上存在的安全隐患。根据GB50074-2002、GB50516-2002和MHJ5008-1994等标准规范,从停建不覆土掩体油罐、增设通风设备、增设自然通风口、增设检测报警装置、统一设置外开门、修订相关规范方面提出了改进措施,以消除该类型油罐的安全隐患。
This paper depicts two accidents of inflammation and blast of sheltered oil tanks happened in 2002 introduces architectural forms and features of sheltered oil tanks analyzes hidden security problems in design and construction of that kind of tank. The improvement measures to solve those problems are offered based on the criterions of B50516-2002 and MHJ5008-1994 which include ceasing building sheltered tank without earth coverage adding ventilation equipment natural intakes and detection alarm devices.
