价值工程在单井平台工艺流程优化中的应用

摘要:: 价值工程是一门研究产品价值、成本与功能相互关系的学科。文章利用价值工程的方法,对单井平台的工艺流程进行了优化。通过计算平台不同功能的价值系数和功能的重要性系数,对平台的组成部分(海底油气混输系统、平台结构、自控系统、供配电系统)进行了改进,降低了初期投资,取得了良好的经济效益。
Value engineering is a kind of knowledge which studies the economic value cost and function of product as well as their relationship. The process flow of a single well platform is optimized by using value engineering method. Through calculations of different functional value coefficients and functional importance coefficients for single well platform the improvements are made for platform components including platform structure subsea transportation system power supply and distribution system automatic control system. The investment in initial stage is reduced and favorable economic benefits are obtained.
