微膨胀高性能灌浆材料研究及应用

- 国内灌浆材料一般都不宜久存、不易搅拌、成本高、制作烦琐,且运距较长,不能满足现场施工条件和现场临时抢修的要求。针对这种情况,研制了微膨胀(GZW)高性能灌浆材料,文章着重介绍了浆体配合比的设计和试验。研究结果和现场应用表明:GZW高性能灌浆材料具有高强、早强、流动度大、微膨胀性、无明显泌水现象等特点,且施工方便、成本低,能满足现场施工要求。
Usually the domestic products of grouting materials are unable to store for long time and are uneasy to agitate. Its self cost is high and the producing process is complicated and transportation distance is long. Therefore the products do not satisfy the requirements of field construction and emergency reparation. Aimed at the situation the slight distension high-performance grouting material GZW is developed. This paper describes the design and experiment of grout mixture ratio. The test results and field applications show that GZW possesses the features of high strength accelerated hardening high flowability slight distensibility and tiny bleeding. In addition it has the advantages of convenient construction and low cost.
