管道完整性维护费用的效用优化方法

- 老龄管网的完整性维修是管道输送公司的主要任务。但由于管道系统较大,维修预算受经济能力的制约,因此管理者不应盲目地对管道的完整性维修进行投资,而必须以最好的方式分配维护资源。文章通过对管道完整性维修费用分析,提出了用效用函数来优化管道的完整性维修费用,并对管道完整性维护的效用函数进行了定义。此方法是根据管道风险定量评价的结果,在充分考虑决策者对管道失效后果偏好感觉的基础上决定最优的维护费用。
The integrity maintenance of old pipeline network is a major task for pipeline transportation company. Because the pipeline system is complicated and maintenance budget is restricted by financial capability the administrators must not invest in pipeline integrity maintenance until the deliberate consideration is made. In contrast he should distribute the maintenance fund in the best way. Through the analysis of pipeline integrity maintenance costs this paper suggests to apply utility function to optimize the costs and gives the definition of pipeline integrity maintenance costs.
