油田污水回用于热采锅炉的工艺技术改造实践

摘要:: 鉴于油田污水排量大、处理难的情况，阐述了油田污水资源化的必要性和污水处理的总体思路。根据油田污水中主要污染物对锅炉危害的分析，结合油田热采锅炉给水水质的要求，以强化前段除油、分段逐步处理为指导原则，提出了详细的油田污水回用于热采锅炉的技术方案，并结合现场实践，分析了污水回用于热采锅炉工程的经济效益和效果。
The necessity of field waste water resource recycle and the general thought of waste water reuse are explained in this paper owing to huge field waster water output.Based on the analysis of harm of main pollutants in field waster water to thermal production boiler and the requirement of water quality needed by boiler,the detailed technical scheme of the boiler used for oilfield waste water recycle is put forward, which is worked out on the principle of enhancing fore-section deoiling and treating subsections successively.The economic benefit and applicative effect of the boiler reformation project are analyzed combined with the field practice.
