- 介绍了DOW火灾爆炸指数评价法的原理、评价程序及计算步骤。通过在某基地油库安全评价中的应用，指出该评价法是一种识别和筛选油库重大危险源的有效工具，可为更深层次的油库安全评价定量分析提供可靠的依据，并指出了该方法的某些不足及完善的建议。
In this paper,the principle,evaluation procedure and calculational steps of the DOW's Index Method for fire explosion are discussed.By the application of this method to a certain oil depot,it is found that the method is available to filtrate and identify hazard sources in order to make preparation for deep quantitative analysis of safety evaluation of oil deport.Some insufficiency of this method and better advice are also put forward.2010,4(4): 66-69 收稿日期：2009-5-7分类号：TE972;X913.4作者简介：汪剑辉（1976-），男，河北孝昌人，工程师，2004年毕业于武汉理工大学，硕士，主要从事防灾减灾及防护工程方面的研究工作。参考文献：
