- PipeWIZARD系统是为大口径管道环焊缝设计的相控阵全自动超声检测系统,文章以其扫查界面具备的功能为基础,采用A扫描、B扫描和TOFD三种技术相结合的方法,结合实际图例,重点介绍了层间未熔合、气孔等缺陷在扫查图中显示的特点、评定方法和技巧,可以有效解决全自动超声波检测中缺陷定性模糊的问题,对提高检测结果的准确度、正确评价焊接质量有积极意义。
The PipeWIZARD system is a fully automated phased array ultrasonic testing system (AUT)designed for large diameter girth welds.On the basis of its scan functions and integration of A scan,B scan and TOFD techniques,this paper illustrates the features of defects such as interlayer unfusion and pores shown in the actual test figures,as well as their evaluation methods and skills,which can solve the ambiguities of defect discrimination in AUT and improve testing accuracy.
