- 文章以大庆石化建设公司120万t/a加氢反应器吊装为例,介绍一种新型的用于大型设备吊装的组合顶盖板式吊耳,并对其进行强度校核和拉力试验。组合顶盖板式吊耳具有可拆性,可与其他顶盖板组合重复使用,不仅解决了吊耳整体锻造的制造难题,还可节约部分吊装措施的费用。
Taking the hoisting of a 120×104 t/a hydrogenation-reactor in Daqing Petrochemical Construction Company as an example,this paper introduces the design of a new assembled roof plate type lug for hoisting large-scale equipment as well as its strength check and tensile test.The lug is demountable and is able to reassemble with other roof plates for reuse.It not only solves the problem of lug integral forging,but also saves some expenses of hoisting.2010,4(4): 57-59 收稿日期:2010-4-12分类号:TE966作者简介:廖祝家(1969-),男,黑龙江大庆人,工程师,1994年毕业于大连理工大学热力涡轮机专业,现从事石化装置设备安装、检修技术管理工作。参考文献:
