- 设备的起重吊装是工程建设中的一个重要施工程序。文章在概述国内外大型吊装机具装备现状的基础上,对国内外吊装技术水平进行了分析比较。一般来说,国外对于塔、反应器等大型设备都是采用整体吊装;在吊装机具装备的能力和数量方面,我国应该是拥有千吨级吊车数量较多的国家,同时还是拥有轮式起重机、履带式起重机数量最多的国家。大型设备吊装采用液压吊装技术,这是发展趋势,国外已朝着液压吊装系统无缆绳化方向发展;在大件吊装工程管理方面,国外的要求很高、管理很严格。
Equipment hoisting is an important procedure in engineering construction.On the basis of summarizing the status quo of heavy hoisting equipment at home and abroad,the comparison and analysis on their hoisting technical levels are performed.Usually,hoisting of large facilities such as towers and reactors in foreign countries uses integral hoisting method;China is one country of holding a large amount of 1000t cranes as well as the largest amount of wheel cranes and caterpillar cranes.Appling hydraulic hoisting technology for large facility hoisting is the evolutive trend and the cableless hydraulic hoisting system is being developed in some foreign countries.Requirements for heavy hoisting engineering management abroad are very strict and rigorous.2010,4(4): 51-55 收稿日期:2009-11-26分类号:TE962;TH21作者简介:关则新(1961-),男,广西桂林人,高级工程师,1982年毕业于浙江大学化工系化工机械专业,现从事大型设备吊装技术工作。
