大型原油储罐浮船底板渗漏问题的探讨

- 结合某商业油库7台10万m3原油储罐浮船底板泄漏问题,分析了大型原油储罐浮船底板泄漏的原因和焊道检验方法存在的不足,浮船底板采用双面密封焊容易形成长达数米的狭长通道,可能导致真空试漏失效,储罐充水试验时漏点难以发现。文章从焊接方法、负压严密性试验、储罐沉降试验等方面提出了改进建议,包括浮船底板采用上表面连续焊、下表面断续焊,严密性试验采用真空箱并合理调整试验参数,适当延长浮船升降试验时间等。
Associated with leakage problems in the floating roof bottom plates of seven oil tanks at a 10×104 m3 commercial oil depot,reasons of the leakage and disadvantages of the weld leakage inspection method are investigated.The overlap fillet sealing welding on both surfaces of plates is apt to induce long and narrow gaps within the plates,which may cause vacuum leakage test failure,and it is difficult to find leakage in tank water-filling test.Some improvement suggestions concerning welding method,vacuum seal test and tank settlement test are given,which include the floating roof bottom welding method of continuous welding for top plate surface and discontinuous welding for lower plate surface,using vacuum chamber for sealing test and adjusting test parameters,properly prolonging time for roof ascending and descending tests,and so on.2010,4(4): 48-50 收稿日期:2009-11-28分类号:TE972作者简介:史贵生(1956-),男,甘肃镇原人,工程师,毕业于内蒙古干部管理学院,一直从事油田地面工程建设以及炼油化工装置工程建设工作。参考文献:
