- 在齐鲁石化分公司常减压装置改造项目中,常压塔和减压塔的主体材料为16MnR+316L/16MnR+0Cr13Al不锈钢复合板,焊接工艺较复杂,特别是对过渡层及复层的焊接质量要求很高。通过试验研究,确定了坡口型式、焊接工艺参数、焊接作业技术要点、返修方法等,并在实际工程施工中得到成功应用,探伤检验一次合格率达99%,保证了工程的焊接质量。
In the upgrade project of atmospheric vacuum distillation unit in Qilu Petrochemical Company,the main materials used for the atmospheric tower and vacuum tower are 16MnR+0Cr13Al stainless composite plates which need a complex welding process,especially demand a high welding quality for transition layer and composite layer.Through tests and research,the welding groove form,process parameters,operational technical key points and repair method are determined and put into practice.The primary qualified rate in defect detection reaches 99% and the project welding quality is guaranteed.2010,4(4): 43-50 收稿日期:2010-3-1分类号:TE962作者简介:李玉庆(1972-),男,山东滨州人,工程师,1996年毕业于华东理工大学石油化工学院,现从事石油化工装备安装技术工作。参考文献:
