- 近年来我国石油化工装置逐步大型化,设备直径不断增大,为减少现场安装量和安装难度,提高经济效益,加大工厂预制化的深度是解决问题的途径。文章阐述了直径22600mm的大型乙烯氧化器的厂内制造技术难点(白钢板防渗碳,罐底板尺寸控制,罐壁倒装法施工,罐顶蝶形封头制造)、制造工艺的制订和实施,重点介绍了罐顶蝶形封头的厂内制造技术。
In recent years,petrochemical facilities in China are gradually becoming bigger with large diameter.In order to reduce installation work amount and difficulties on site and raise economic benefits,increasing the extent of factory prefabrication is the way of solving such problems.This paper describes the technical key points of fabricating a large scale ethylene oxidation facility with the diameter of 22600mm in factory,such as white steel plate cementation resistance,tank bottom plate dimension control,tank wall inverted construction and tank butterfly dome fabrication,as well as the formulation and implementation of fabrication process.It puts emphasis on the fabrication of tank butterfly dome in factory.2010,4(4): 39-42 收稿日期:2009-11-30分类号:TE966作者简介:韩丽艳(1970-),女,陕西汉中人,工程师,1990年毕业于陕西第一工业学校,现从事压力容器的设计、制造工作。
