- 郑州—安阳成品油长输管道采用定向钻技术穿越黄河,穿越距离超长(4600m),穿越区段主河槽游荡性大,冲刷深度深,穿越施工难度大。文章介绍了该穿越工程的方案优化与实施过程,重点描述了两台定向钻对穿、跟踪管钻进、导向孔对接、协同扩孔、单台钻机回拖光缆套管和主管道及中间管段连头等施工新技术,为定向钻穿越工程积累了丰富的施工经验。
Zhengzhou-Anyang Long-distance Oil Product Pipeline crosses Yallow River using the horizontal directional drilling (HDD) technique.The crossing construction is difficult because of ultra long distance(4600m),shifting riverbed and deep riverbed scouring.This paper presents the scheme optimization of the pipeline crossing project and its practical process with emphasis on some new methods such as opposite drilling with two HDD drillers,tracking tube drilling,pilot-hole interconnection,cooperative reaming,pullback of main pipeline and optical cable casing with one HDD driller,connecting two pipelines in the middle place of the crossing.The accumulated plentiful construction experience in the project practice is helpful for other HDD projects.2010,4(4): 32-34 收稿日期:2009-10-16分类号:TE973.4作者简介:吴勇(1958-),男,江苏南京人,高级工程师,1982年毕业于华东石油学院石油储运专业,现从事油气长输管道科研与设计工作。
