- 由江苏石油勘探局油田建设处承建的四川输气管道联络线工程,管径为1016mm,在平昌县境内遇到110m陡崖,大型吊车无法进入,管道安装施工采用在崖顶预制,挖掘机和滑轮组配合,从上往下下滑就位的施工方案;经过项目部严密的组织实施,顺利完成管道敷设任务。文章具体介绍了陡崖段管道施工方法和施工过程,并提出了今后进一步改进施工技术的设想。
The connection line construction of Sichuan Gas Pipeline Project is undertaken by Jiangsu Oilfield Construction Co.The connection line with the diameter of 1016 mm encounters a steep slope section of 110 m in Pingchang County where heavy crane is unable to enter.Therefore the following construction scheme is adopted:the pipeline section is prefabricated on the cliff top,then slid down to the position with the help of shovel and pulley block.By taking this construction method and rigorous measures,the project is fulfilled smoothly.The concrete construction method and procedure as well as the considerations of ameliorating the construction technology are presented in this paper.2010,4(4): 29-31 收稿日期:2009-8-26分类号:TE973作者简介:王辉(1979-),男,江苏扬州人,工程师,2002年毕业于江苏大学机械制造及自动化专业,一直从事油田地面工程建设技术管理工作。参考文献:
