- 安塞油田采用的双管集油、缓冲罐和溢流沉降罐沉降破乳的集输工艺存在分离设备内部结构简单、原油脱水效果差、脱出污水含油量高且不稳定等缺点。鉴于此,通过室内试验和CFD模拟分析,经筛选和优化,采用8项技术,设计出适合安塞油田的高效油气水三相分离设备,现场应用实际效果表明,处理后的原油含水和污水含油都达到设计要求,符合有关标准。
The oil gathering and transportation processes in Ansai Oilfield are made up of two-pipe gathering lines,buffer containers and overflow settling tanks.As the separator structure is relatively simple,the oil dehydration effect is unsatisfied and the oil content in the waste water is high and variable.Whereas through the selection and optimization based on the experimental analysis and computational fluid dynamics simulation,the highly effective three-phase separator suitable for Ansai Oilfield is designed by adopting 8 items of techniques.And the field application shows that the water content in oil and the oil content in waste water meet the design requirements and are in accordance with relevant standards.2010,4(4): 22-25 收稿日期:2009-5-5分类号:TE868作者简介:王军堂(1971-),男,陕西户县人,工程师,1992年毕业于西安石油学院,现从事油田基建管理工作。
