- 文章具体介绍了作者亲身经历的海外石油工程建设项目中的岩土工程实例，着重点是地基处理技术，地区包括非洲、中东、中亚等。通过多年的海外岩土工程实践，积累了丰富的经验，做到因地制宜地处理各种岩土工程问题，有效地节省了工程投资，得到国外业主的好评。文章介绍的岩土工程实践经验和做法对同行有参考价值。
The geotechnical engineering practical cases in overseas petroleum projects in Africa,Mid-East and Mid-Asia areas experienced by the authors are concretely introduced and the emphasis is put on the foundation treatment technology.Through the overseas geotechnical engineering practices for years,abundance experience has been accumulated which enable our company to successfully deal with various geotechnical en gineering problems according to local conditions and effectively save engineering costs.Those geotechnical engineering achievements have been praised by overseas owners.The practices and experience introduced in this paper are helpful for bidding,survey,design and construction in overseas petroleum projects.2010,4(4): 18-21 收稿日期：2010-4-12分类号：TU472.5作者简介：张再良（1968-），男，湖南宁乡人，高级工程师，1991年毕业于大庆石油学院石油加工专业，中国科学院项目管理硕士在读，主要从事国际石油工程建设的管理工作。
