- 抗滑桩立柱是坐底式移动平台上、下船体之间的重要支撑构件,它对坐底式移动平台沉垫和上壳体结构的稳定性产生重要的影响。针对一座船龄近30年的坐底式移动平台的抗滑桩立柱进行了外观和厚度检测、腐蚀原因分析、有限元模拟计算,在此基础上对该平台立柱进行了更换。文章具体介绍了立柱检测和更换流程及具体施工要求,其经验可供借鉴。
Anti-slip pile's columns are the important supports between the upper hull and the lower hull of a mobile submersible drilling unit,which have an important effect on structural stability of the mat and the upper hull shell of the drilling unit.By means of visual and thickness examinations,corrosion reason analysis and finite element simulation calculation for the mobile submersible drilling unit with the service life near 30 years,the anti-slip pile's columns of the unit were renewed.This paper presents a detailed description of examining and renewing the columns of the unit,which offers experience for similar drilling units.2010,4(4): 9-11 收稿日期:2009-12-30分类号:TE952作者简介:李军(1972-),男,河南商丘人,高级验船师,1996年毕业于大连理工大学机械系,2005年毕业于中国海洋大学工程学院水利工程专业,硕士,长期从事海洋石油工程建设和海工检验工作。参考文献:
