清管作业临时收发球筒的制作

- 为满足西气东输工程对清管作业的要求,分析了购买收发球筒和采用简易封头的利弊,认为购买收发球筒费用高,预定周期长;而采用简易封头对主管道的影响大,安装拆卸时间长。为此,提出自制临时收发球筒。文章介绍了自制临时发球筒的快开和快关结构、密封结构以及收球筒的整体结构设计。实践证明,自制临时收发球筒,操作方便快捷,密封性能良好,比购买两套收发球筒可节约经费157万元人民币;与简易封头相比,不但大大减少了对主管道的影响,而且每遍清管可节约安装拆卸时间4h。
The paper describes the mechanics of fast switching and seal of self-made temporary launching chamber, the integrated mechanics design of receival chamber. The operational practice proves the launching and receival chambers have the advantages of facile operation and perfect seal.
