- 项目经理(目前改称建造师)的综合能力对项目管理的成功与否至关重要,项目经理既要懂施工技术,还要懂管理和经营。作者结合十几年国内外现场施工管理经验,从项目投标期授权书规定的项目经理的任务、职责、权利,到项目经理在项目启动、计划阶段应抓好的工作;从项目实施阶段管理的重点,到项目收尾阶段应做好的工作,全面系统地介绍了项目经理在项目管理中应具备的能力和作用,以及规范施工项目管理的具体内容。
