- 西气东输管道工程第2—6标段全长959.67km,所经区域多为戈壁、荒漠、沙丘、丘陵和山地,其中约700km为无人无路区,且只有一处水源,这种情况给管道上水和水压试验带来很大困难。经研究决定采用整体上水、分段试压的方法,并采取一系列措施,解决了不间断供水、防止管内水击和局部真空等问题,实现了大口径、长距离、大落差管道整体上水一次成功的创举,上水时间由90天缩短为62天。文章介绍了整体上水方法及采取的一系列措施。
In the area of the bid section 2-6 of West to East Gas Pipeline, there are Gobi, desert, sand dunes, hills and mountains, and there is only one water source. It arises huge difficulties for pipeline water supply and hydraulic pressure test. After investigation and research, the method of whole pipeline water supply and subsection pressure test is adopted.
