影响混凝土结构物耐久性的原因分析与对策

- 由国外上世纪60-70年代建成的许多混凝土结构物过早损坏的现象,引发对混凝土结构物耐久性的关注,介绍了国外在翻修与更换那些混凝土结构物的投入以及国外工程师对混凝土结构物耐久性不足的原因分析;同时指出我国也不同程度地存在混凝土结构物过早损坏的问题,为了从前车之鉴中吸取经验和教训,针对我国国情提出如下5点建议:(1)对专业人员加强混凝土材料基础知识教育;(2)认清混凝土生产的薄弱环节,提高技术水平;(3)加紧研究和应用各种高性能的建筑材料;(4)转变设计观念;(5)改进现行的投资与建设体制。
The premature damages of many concrete structures built since the seventies of last century bring more attention to durability of concrete structure. This paper introduces investment and cost for repairing and maintenance in foreign countries, and describes the analytic work done by foreign engineers on deficient durability of concrete structure.
