内防腐涂层管道接头的连接与防护

- 有机涂层、无机涂层和聚合物内衬等在石油管道内防腐方面得到广泛应用,但由于现场施焊时的高温作用,会使焊缝两侧附近的防护涂层烧焦或脱落,从而失去对管道的保护作用。针对这一情况,综述了国内外对内防腐涂层管道的主要连接方式和管口连接处的保护措施,如:自动补口机法、机械连接法、内衬保护套(管)焊接法、记忆合金套法、不锈钢接头法、无内补口技术等,并简要介绍了各种方法的优缺点。
Organic coating, inorganic coating and polymer lining etc. are widely used in petroleum pipeline internal anticorrosion. In site welding, the protective coating in vicinity of welding seam will be burnt or fallen off owing to the effect of high temperature, thus the protective ability will be lost. This paper summarizes the major connection modes of pipeline with internal anticorrosion coating as well as protective measure for joints at home and abroad, such as method of welded joint coating with automatic machine, mechanical connection method, internal protective lining sleeve welding method, memory alloy sheath method, stainless steel joint method, without internal joint coating technique, and so on.
