构建新的石油天然气管道行业标准体系

摘要:: 在经济全球化和我国加入WTO的形势下,工程建设标准化要逐渐与国际接轨,制定我国标准发展战略,建立我国自己的、同时适应国际市场需要的技术标准体系尤为重要。文章从工程建设标准体系的现状入手,通过与国外标准体系的对比,分析了目前我国工程建设标准体系存在的问题,介绍了美国压力管道标准体系的框架及特点,提出建立新的石油天然气管道行业标准体系的必要性、指导思想和构建方案。
This paper analyzes the existing problems in engineering construction standard system of our country by comparing domestic standard system with foreign ones. The outline and feature of American pressure pipeline standard system is introduced. The necessity, guiding ideology and scheme for establishing new standard system for oil and gas pipeline industry are put through.
