- 冬季储罐基础热拌沥青砂垫层施工，受天气和环境温度影响较大，无法满足设计要求。而LBT冷补料适用的环境温度为-28°C~50°C，可在雨雪潮湿的恶劣条件下施工。文章以长春—吉林输油管道工程垂杨首站2座2万m3浮顶罐基础为例，介绍了LBT冷补料的性能及施工方法。
Tank foundation construction with hot mixed asphalt sand cushion in winter is so affected by weather,environment and temperature that it can not meet design requirement.Whereas LBT cold mend material is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging-28 °C~50 °C and is applied in atrocious condition of raining or snowing.This material was applied to two 2×104 m3 floating roof tank foundations at Chuiyang First Station of Changchun—Jilin Oil Pipeline and gained satisfactory result.The performance and construction method of LBT cold mend material is presented in this paper.2006,6(6): 80-80 收稿日期：2006-2-9分类号：TE972.1作者简介：孙红玉（1972- ），男，吉林人，工程师，1996年毕业于大庆石油学院，现从事管道工程技术工作。
