大型储罐基础混凝土环墙施工方法

- 以往大型储罐基础混凝土环墙施工极易存在钢筋变形大，间距偏差大，混凝土环墙曲率难以控制，一次成型率低等问题。通过采用预先搭设脚手架框架，制作特殊模具的施工方法，保证了混凝土环墙的施工质量。文章以东营原油库扩建2座5万m3储罐基础施工为例，介绍了搭设脚手架框架和特殊模具制作方法以及混凝土环墙施工质量控制要点。经检验，该储罐基础混凝土环墙半径偏差仅为5mm，顶表面水平度每9m圆周长偏差为2mm，取得了良好的效果。
Original construction method of concrete ring wall of large scale storage tank often has some problems such as big deformation and spacing deviation of reinforcing steel bars,being difficult to control ring wall curvature and low primary formation rate.By using preset scaffold frame and fabricating particular mould,the construction quality of concrete ring wall is assured.Taking the constructions of two 5×104 m3 tank foundations at Dongyun oil depot as examples,this paper illustrates scaffold frame setting up,fabrication method of particular mould and key construction quality control issues of concrete ring wall.Inspection shows that the curvature radius error of the concrete ring wall is just within 5 mm,level deviation of top surface is within 2 mm.The construction quality is good.2006,6(6): 76-77 收稿日期：2005-12-19分类号：TU375.6作者简介：张晓松（1965- ），男，山东高唐县人，1990 年毕业于胜利油田职工大学工业与民用建筑专业，助理工程师，一直在建筑安装施工单位从事施工技术管理工作。参考文献：
