- 在兰州石化公司15万t/a浓硝酸装置的核心设备——四合一压缩机基础的施工中，为了使压缩机的安装螺栓在水平方向可以微调，把预埋套管分为上下两段，中间采用了凹型垫板。为满足设计对灌浆料的要求，选用了CGM高效无收缩灌浆料，并且采取了合理的用水量及灌浆方法。文章介绍了该压缩机基础预埋套管安装及灌浆施工的具体措施和方法。
In the foundation construction of “four in one” compressor which is the core equipment of 15×104 t/a dense nitric acid facility,in order to enable the bolts used for installing compressor to realize small adjustment in horizontal direction,the preburied sleeves were cut into upper and lower parts with a concave spacer between them.High effective non-shrinkage grouting material CGM was chosen to meet design requirement.Besides,proper water quantity and grouting method were adopted.The concrete measure and method of preburied sleeve installation and grouting construction are addressed in this paper.2006,6(6): 74-75 收稿日期：2006-1-4分类号：TU476.1作者简介：张俊玲（1977- ），女，陕西大荔人，助理工程师，2002 年毕业于陕西理工学院建筑工程系，现从事施工技术工作。
