- 苏丹南部的三七油田,埋地输油管道的防腐保温采用泡沫黄夹克防腐保温结构,这是该防腐保温结构第一次在苏丹应用。苏丹地处热带地区,气温高,阳光强烈,对泡沫黄夹克的生产带来一定程度的影响,为此,需要对泡沫黄夹克的生产和施工进行改进。文章以苏丹三七区油田工程为例,介绍了对原材料性能指标的要求、泡沫黄夹克预制工艺、现场补口操作要点,并简要总结了在苏丹生产施工泡沫黄夹克防腐保温层的经验和教训,对今后的设计施工提出建议。
Three-Seven Oilfield located in South Sudan utilizes foam yellow jacket structure for anticorrosion and thermal insulation of buried pipelines,and it is the first time to use such structure in Sudan.Sudan is located in torrid zone,the high temperature and strong sunshine have certain effects on the production of foam yellow jackets,so it's needed to improve the production and construction of foam yellow jackets.This paper takes Sudan Three-Seven Oilfield Project for an example to illustrate the requirement for raw and processed materials,prefabrication process of foam yellow jacket and key points of field joint operation,and summarizes briefly relevant experience and lesson,finally puts forward some suggestions of design and construction for future projects.2006,6(6): 51-53 收稿日期:2006-8-16分类号:TE973.3作者简介:王世华(1971- ),男,山东高密人,工程师,1996 年毕业于南昌航空工业学院,现从事防腐保温工作。参考文献:
