- 三层PE防腐与泡沫夹克保温是两种结构不相同的钢管防腐层，其机械化成型生产线的设备和布置各不相同。三层PE防腐生产线，通过调整部分设备以及采用部分在用设备结构的转换措施等，即可以使其满足泡沫夹克管的生产。因此在同一生产线上可以完成钢管的三层PE管和泡沫夹克保温管的成型。文章从成型技术、设备布置、传动工艺、兼容转换等方面介绍了该生产线的结构及功能，该生产线已在大庆油田推广应用，所生产的各种规格的防腐管完全达到相关标准要求。
Three PE layer anticorrosion coating and foam jacket thermal insulation are different structures of steel pipe anticorrosion layers,and their equipment and deployments of mechanized forming production line are also different.Through adjusting some equipment and converting the structure of partial equipment in use,the production line of three PE layers is able to meet the requirement of production of foam jacket pipes.Therefore using one production line enables both forming of three PE layers and foam jacket thermal insulation pipes.2006,6(6): 48-50 收稿日期：2006-1-24分类号：TE973.3作者简介：乔军平（1970- ），男，高级工程师，1995 年毕业于青岛化工学院，现主要从事长输管道防腐技术的开发和研究工作。
