- 大连石化股份公司350万t/a催化裂化装置再生器是目前国内同类装置中最大、最复杂的设备,作为一类压力容器和带内衬的特殊设备,其建造施工难度非常大。文章在对再生器结构特点、设计要求以及施工流程作全面介绍的基础上,重点从热处理工艺、组装工艺、焊接工艺、吊装工艺等方面阐述了施工方法,总结了施工经验。由于工艺合理,措施得当,再生器的现场建造仅用了4个半月的时间,该项目被评为优良工程。
The regenerator of a 350×104 t/a catalytic cracking unit in Dalian Petrochemical Company,Ltd.is the biggest and most complicated equipment among similar units.As a first class pressure vessel and specific equipment with internal lining,the manufacture and construction face great difficulties.Based on the outlining structural features,design requirements and construction flow,this paper stresses the construction methods of heat treatment process,assembly process,welding process and hoisting process,and summarizes the construction experience.Because of reasonable processes and appropriate measures taken,the field construction period of the regenerator was only four months and a half.The project was appraised as an excellent project.2006,6(6): 34-38 收稿日期:2005-12-12分类号:TE966.07作者简介:薛中文(1970- ),男,河南西峡人,1994 年毕业于西南石油学院机械制造专业,工程师。现为中国石油天然气第一建设公司五分公司总工程师。
