滩海水域铺管海底牵引管道受力分析及拖带方式研究

- 针对外管为D325mm×6mm、内管为D273mm×8mm的复壁管,考虑海底牵引管道过程的不同阶段,建立了海底牵引管道不同阶段的分析模型,分析了不同施工阶段管道的载荷形式、载荷分布以及管道的应力、变形等。考虑流速分别为0.4m/s、0.6m/s、0.8m/s、1.0m/s、1.2m/s,水流角度分别为30°、45°、60°、90°以及300m和400m的管道长度,采用有限元方法计算了管道的应力和变形,提出了可行的海底管道拖带方式。
Taking the example of double wall pipeline with the inner pipe D273 mm × 8 mm and outer pipe D 325 mm×6 mm,and considering different phases of towing pipeline progress,the analytic model was set up.The load mode,load distribution,stresses and defections of the pipeline were calculated in different phases.The stresses and defections of pipeline were calculated by FEM and the methods of towing pipeline on bottom were provided for 300 m long pipeline and 400 m long pipeline with the flow velocities of 0.4 m/s,0.6 m/s,0.8 m/s,1.0 m/s and 1.2 m/s,and the flow angles of 30°,45°,60° and 90°.2006,6(6): 31-33 收稿日期:2006-2-10分类号:TE973.4作者简介:唐立志(1974- ),男,黑龙江人,工程师,1997 年毕业于大庆石油学院,主要从事油气管道等工程的建设工作。参考文献:
