- 在原油集输过程中,水套炉加热原油通常采用人工点火、人工调温的加热方式,存在温度控制精度低、能耗大、容易引发事故等问题。水套炉加热计算机自动控制系统,采用工业计算机和工控模块组件对燃烧器进行控制,实现了恒温、无人值守、高精度的自动化控制模式,大大提高了原油集输温度的控制精度,消除了安全隐患,提高了生产管理效率。文章介绍了该系统的工作原理、软硬件结构、实现方案以及实际应用效果。
During the crude oil gathering and transporting,heating crude oil with water jacket furnace usually applies the manual igniting mode or manual temperature adjusting mode.It has the disadvantages such as low temperature control accuracy,large energy consumption and being susceptible to accident.The computer automatic heating control system for water jacket furnace adopts industrial computer and industrial control module to control burner and realizes the automatic control mode of constant temperature,unmanned operation and high accuracy.It increases significantly the control accuracy of crude oil gathering and transporting temperature,eliminates potential unsafety and improves production management efficiency.The paper illustrates the working principle,software and hardware structures,actualized scenario and practical applicative effect of the system.2006,6(6): 20-21 收稿日期:2006-2-19分类号:TE974.2作者简介:李小莹(1970- ),女,广东广州人,工程师,1991 年毕业于广州华南理工大学无线电专业,现从事计算机科学、化学工程、能源工程等领域的实验教学、科研工作。
