- 为了能够较为准确地描述随机影响因素对油气管道工程环境影响经济损益产生的联合概率分布,文章基于模糊影响图建立了油气长输管道工程环境经济损益分析模型。对模型的构建进行了描述,介绍了模糊影响图概率推理的具体算法,并通过实例对油气长输管道工程环境经济损益的不确定性进行了分析评价,结果证明,该模型应用于油气长输管道工程环境经济损益分析是切实可行的。
In order to describe more accurately the effect of random factors on joint probability of the environmental economic cost-benefit for long distance oil and gas pipelines,an analytic model based on fuzzy influence diagrams is provided in this paper.The model configuration is depicted,and the arithmetic method of probabilistic reasoning is introduced as well.Finally the uncertainties of long distance oil and gas pipeline engineering are analyzed and evaluated in combination with a practical example.It is shown that the model is feasible and practicable for engineering environmental economic cost-benefit analysis.2006,6(6): 5-8 收稿日期:2006-4-20分类号:TE973作者简介:赵奇峰(1977- ),男,江苏扬州人,北京航空航天大学材料科学与工程学院环境工程系硕士研究生,研究方向为建设项目环境经济损益评价。参考文献:
