- 文章重点介绍了沧州—临邑输油管道在发生盗油打孔、腐蚀穿孔、更换管段时所采取的技术措施。即在停输状态下，管道泄漏实时监测系统无法正常使用时，通过在输油站内增设管道增压泵，使管内保持一定压力，从而保证管道泄漏实时监测系统灵敏好用。后来又使增压泵能够变为抽油泵，缩短了管道的泄压时间，并能使管内形成负压状态，有利于回收泄漏的原油或抽取被换管段的存油，为管道的抢修赢得了时间，解决了站外管道维护抢修中存在的问题。
