摘要:: 文章结合多个海外项目的管理实践，从项目启动的角度归纳整理出了带有共性的程序—项目启动检查清单。对启动的标志、组织机构、首次会议和关键文件的准备等内容作了进一步说明，从设计、采办和施工三个方面系统论述了项目启动的主要步骤。该启动程序对海外项目的管理具有一定的参考价值。
Associated with the management practices of some overseas projects and from viewpointsproject startup, this paper sums up a commonness procedure,explains the sign of startup,organization, preparation of first conference and key documents,the major startup procedure in three aspects of design.
